1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
2. Final payment is due 7 days before the event date.
3. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
4. We require access to power and a flat surface for setup.
5. Setup time of 1 hour before service is required.
6. Client is responsible for providing adequate space and access.
7. Any damages to equipment will be charged to the client.
8. Menu changes must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
